Shipping Policy
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer free ground shipping for all orders to 48 states in the United States. We charge a flat rate shipping fee for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
We don’t currently ship internationally we hope so soon!
Due to mandatory extra precautionary measures to protect fulfillment employees longer delivery days can occasionally occur.
Shipping processing time.
Once your order is placed, our product will typically ship out from our fulfillment center within 3 to 5 business days. We ship on Monday to Friday weekend orders will ship on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Please keep in mind that the carriers may experience delays caused by COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Customs duties and taxes
Since we do not ship internationally at this time, there are no customs and duties and taxes.
Return policy
If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

To initiate refund

Email info@lumbarişık.com subject as return please include your order number and name within the email so our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process. * any packages sent without contacting info@ lumbarstick.com first will not be refunded.

Repack- make sure your items is in the same like new condition packed in the original package with all included contents.

Brent and ship- once approved and order specific RMA label non-prepaid in the form of a PDF will be sent to you through email. Once received, please follow this instructions below..

A. Please print the RMA label. B. Attach it to the outside of your package. C. Shipment to the address below through the carrier of your choice.

Refund- once we’ve received and examined your return item we will send you a notice of return and refund your purchase through your original payment payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds, ( if applicable )
If your return has been delivered, and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@lumbarstick.com with your order number and a customer success representative will reply to you within 24 hours to help resolve the issue.
Final sales items, ( if applicable )
Items marked as final sales cannot be refunded.

Gifts
Any gifts purchase return is treated as a standard return upon receipt of the returned item you the purchaser will be refunded through your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
